I got my order confirmation almost right away, and it was really easy to follow. It had the items, price, and shipping info all in one place, so I wasn’t left guessing. unclear order emails are such an avoidable hassle, so I appreciated how straightforward this one was.

"Backorders were a real headache"
I ordered a preorder item and the expected date just kept getting pushed back with almost no updates. Then, after I had already paid, another item suddenly went on backorder too. Like, give me a break. Customer service was polite enough, but they didn’t really give me any useful answers or fix anything. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was definitely frustrating.

I grabbed a hoodie and a hat when they had some sale going on, and the price was better than I thought it would be. I don’t remember what the discount was exactly, but it felt like a solid deal for official MLB gear. Shipping was fine too, nothing crazy. I’d probably look here first next time I need something.

I was just expecting a quicker response, so waiting a couple of days felt a bit frustrating. In the end, everything was sorted out, but faster replies would have made the experience a lot better.

"I ordered a custom jersey from..."
I ordered a custom jersey from mlbshop.com and I’ll admit I was a little nervous about the name and number coming out right. I kept double-checking what I typed, then finally just had to trust my instinct and place the order.
When it arrived, everything was exactly how I entered it. No weird spacing, no wrong letters, and the stitching looked really clean. It took a little while to get here, but that part was expected. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

"Super easy exchange, honestly a relief"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size jersey and was kind of annoyed at myself, but the exchange ended up being so easy that it really took the stress out of it. "Way More Team Gear Than Other Shops"
I like shopping on MLB Shop because they have a ton of options for my team. Compared to other sports stores I’ve checked out, the selection here feels way better, jerseys, hats, hoodies, and even random stuff I didn’t know I wanted. It’s nice being able to browse and actually find something that fits my style instead of settling for whatever’s available.

"Solid spot for MLB gear"
I ordered a hoodie and a cap from mlbshop.com it went better than I expected. Shipping showed up quicker than I thought it would, the sizing was right, and both items looked just like the pictures. I’m usually a little wary with online shops because if something goes wrong, customer service can be a pain to deal with, but luckily I didn’t have to contact them at all. Overall, no complaints and I’d probably order from them again.

"Return fee felt fair"
I had to send this jersey back, and the return shipping fee wasn’t too bad. Printing the label was easy enough too, so that whole part didn’t really turn into a hassle. Got it taken care of without much headache, so I’m giving it 5 stars.
